What the author means here probably that: “After the crisis has passed, the demon lords will go separate ways. Unless there’s something holding them back, something like faith or believes”?

Thanks for the chapter. Serius somehow feels like Mitsuomi Takayanagi from Tenjou Tenge in the fact that he feels superhumanly competent as a figther and leader. Hope he shares the same fate of the later of been proven not so unfailable. By the way it feels like the author wants to make him look smarter that the rest by making everyone else dumber, of course this migth actually been my jelously hijacking my brain while I type, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

This basically means that right now the demon lords are united against a mutual threat, so if they no longer feel threatened then the group might come apart.
